Glo's Banana Bread

The most simple yet very delicious Banana Bread Recipe! You most likely have all of these ingredients in your pantry. We made these into muffins but you can definitely make it a loaf, whichever is your preference. You can easily customize it to however you'd like, add chocolate chips, nuts, raisins etc. Not to mention, they tasted so good the next morning warmed up with a cup off coffee. Enjoy!

What you'll need:

3 Large Bananas

1/3 Cup Melted Salted Butter

1 Cup Sugar

1 Egg beaten

1 1/2 Cup of Flour

1 tsp baking soda

1 tsp vanilla extract

Pinch of salt

Optional:

Nuts

Chocolate Chips

Raisins

Directions:

Using a mixer or a hand held mixer, add bananas. You can also mash them up using a fork.

Add the butter and egg to the mixture, then mix.

Add sugar, flour, baking soda, salt, and vanilla extract.

Mix well until you have a nice smooth consistency.

Once everything is mixed well, transfer to a loaf pan, muffin tins, or baking cups.

Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 min for muffins, and 1Hr for a full loaf.

To make sure its completely done, stick a toothpick or fork in it and if it comes out clean, its ready.

Enjoy with a glass of Milk or Coffee!
